Shipping Time: Once processed, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to ship. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Inspection: Upon receiving your package, you have 24 hours to inspect your order and notify of any concerns, questions, missing items, or issues. Please do not install or alter the hair before contacting the company, as doing so may affect the ability to assist you.
